FAQs

Where is Bespoke Postnatal located?

22 Rodbourne Road, Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol BS10 5AS
(View in Google Maps)

When are you open?

Monday – Saturday between 7.30am and 8.00pm.  Sundays by arrangement.

Can I park?

Yes!! Not a problem, there’s free on-street parking available in Rodbourne Road.

Can I bring my baby?

I strongly advise you to arrange childcare and attend your training sessions alone. The ethos of a training session is that both the client and trainer apply 100% of their focus on the client. Any distraction will detract from the value of your session. Any time taken out for baby-care will be lost. If you do bring your baby you will be responsible for them and therefore have them in the studio with you. If highly dynamic free weight exercises were planned for your program, they will be omitted for the safety of your baby, which may compromise the effectiveness of the session. Mobile (crawling) babies are not permitted in the studio for their own safety.

Is this for me?

If your health is important to you. If now is the time you need to be at your fittest and strongest. If you feel things need to change. If you want to get the most out of this phase of your life and set yourself up for the decades to come…. then YES!

If you’re happy as things are and don’t want to change…… NO!

How much does it cost?

The initial consultation costs £20. Training sessions are 1 hour long. A block of 6 sessions costs £288. A block of 12 sessions costs £545.

Full payment for a block is required prior to your first training session. Booking details will be sent to you following your Initial Consultation.

A 45 minute taster session costs £28, fully redeemed if you book a block of training sessions within 5 weeks of your taster.

The Pregnancy Advice & Postnatal Prep Package costs £53 (includes a £38 voucher redeemable when you book a block of postnatal training sessions)

What does the taster session involve?

A chat about your needs and how I would devise a program to help you. You’ll then have a chance to experience some exercises and try out the equipment. To save time and ensure it is suitable for you, you will need to complete the questionnaire prior to your session. If you go on to book further training within 5 weeks of the session, the cost of the taster is fully redeemed.

Is the Pregnancy Advice and Postnatal Prep Package open to all pregnant women?

You will need to have reached at least 15 weeks and have been given medical clearance to exercise for you GP or midwife. I will also send you a short questionnaire about your medical history to complete. This is to ensure everything we cover is suitable and safe for both of you.

Who qualifies as ‘postnatal’?

Anyone who has ever given birth. There is no age limit on how old your last ‘baby’ can be. Many of the effects of pregnancy and birth will remain if left untreated.
