What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Contact forms

If you submit our contact form, your enquiry is sent to us in the same way as if you had emailed us and so we treat it like other correspondence. We will not use your details for marketing purposes without your specific consent.


Like many websites, we use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used. The information we gather cannot be used to identify you; the system uses cookies to build aggregated data such as the numbers of pages that visitors read, the numbers of visits referred by each major search engine and to distinguish between new visits and repeat visits.

This website does not use any other cookies.

Information security policy

All client information is held in accordance with the integrity and confidentiality (security) principal of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Client information is stored in electronic format using an Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) 256-bit crypto engine. A back-up system is used to ensure the accessibility of stored information. Lawful basis for general data processing (Article 6(a) GDPR) and processing of special category personal data (Article 9(h) GDPR); clients consent to the processing of their personal data so as to enable Bespoke Postnatal Personal Training to devise and provide safe and appropriate advice and physical training programs to the individual concerned.

Client data will not be shared with any third party without their consent.

Client data will be retained for seven years after their last training session at Bespoke Postnatal Personal Training. Should an individual not become a client of Bespoke Postnatal Personal Training after having provided information by means of an email, initial consultation and/or the online questionnaire, all information will be immediately deleted following discussion with the individual concerned. Clients have a right to copies of their personal data and to request erasure of information.

Clients have the right to object to the processing of their personal information.
